Passport:

Original passport valid for at least 06 months after your planned stay in Italy. Please Click Here if you want a passport.

Visa Application Form:

Italy Student Visa Application Form duly completed.

  • Image Specification: frame size images must be taken during the last six months at least 35 mm x 45 mm

  • Covering Document: cover letter listing applicant information, passport details, details of the journey and who will provide details of expenses.

  • Confirmation of registration: letter of acceptance where you plan to study (including designated learning centers, but not limited to them).

  • Pay receipt: a receipt of payment is evidence of payment you made to the institution.

  • Academic papers: all academic documents should be sent to the Embassy / VAC

  • Financial means: proof of financial means to cover the expense during your studies.

  • Health assessment: You need to test your health from a recognised medical embassy in Italy.

  • Birth Certificate: initial copy of the Certificate of Birth Registration. Click here if you want a Birth Registration Certificate.

  • Police Clearance: an initial police clearance copy. Click here if you want a Police Clearance Certificate.

  • Accommodation Information: You must reveal accommodation details until you have confirmed where you will study.

Italy Student Visa Processing Time:
All Visas take minimum of 15-20 Working Days.
Visa processing time entirely depends upon the time taken by the visa office while processing each visa application to its merit and may take longer than the tentative processing time.
