Step 1: Gather Your Documents
Begin by collecting all necessary documents as outlined in the checklist. Ensure that all documents are translated into English and notarized. These documents will be required for your online visa application.

Step 2: Complete the Online Visa Application Form
Fill out the Brazil visa application form online via the Brazil Embassy in Bangladesh's website. Provide accurate information, upload your documents, and submit the form. Keep the receipt you receive, as it will be needed when you submit your documents at the embassy.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee
Visa fees can be paid either before or after completing the online application. Payments should be made via Pay Order from banks in Dhaka, addressed to "BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA." Obtain a payment receipt to present at the embassy

Step 4: Schedule Your Visa Appointment
An appointment is required to visit the Brazil Embassy in Dhaka for document submission. Call the embassy to book an appointment; they will confirm your time slot immediately.

Step 5: Submit Your Documents
In-person submission of documents is necessary. Visit the Brazil Embassy on your appointed date, where the staff will assist you with the submission process.

Step 6: Await Your Visa Decision
After submitting your application, wait for the visa processing period. Once a decision is made, you can collect your passport from the embassy.
