Passport:

Visa Application Form:

A completed visa application form, which can be obtained from the Uzbekistan embassy or consulate.

Photo Specification:

Two recent passport-sized photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) taken within the last six months.

Covering-Letter:

A cover letter addressing the embassy or consulate, detailing personal information, purpose of study, intended duration, and financial support details.

Confirmation of Enrolment:

An official letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Uzbekistan, including details about the course of study.

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

Proof of payment of tuition fees to the educational institution (if applicable).

Academic Documents:

Copies of all previous academic certificates, transcripts, and diplomas.

Financials Means:

Documentation proving sufficient financial resources to cover living expenses during the course of study (e.g., bank statements, sponsor letters).

Health Insurance:

A medical report from a recognized health center confirming the applicant’s health status.

Health Certificate:

Evidence of health insurance coverage for the duration of the study period.

Birth Certificate:

Accommodation Details:
