Official Visa Requirement

This is a simple checklist for visa documents per embassy/visa office. You may add additional supporting documentation to improve your visa application changes depending on the nature and intent of travel/visa type. BICAVS offers a consulting service, where we take care that you have all the documents required for a full visa application approach.

Passport:

• Original Passport valid for visa stamps at least 6 months from the planned start date and at least two blank pages.
• Copy of past passports and given visas.
• Join all (if any) your old passports.
• If a request for a visa was denied, it would prefer specifics of the original letter issued by the authorities in that country.

Canada Visa Application Form:

The applicant must fill in and sign the visa application form.

Specification of the photo:

• Two photos in the recent size, matt or semi-matt, 60–80% face cover, white background and borderless (dimensions 35 mm x 45 mm)

Please note: Photos should be scanned and stacked not older than 3 months and should not be included on the previous visas.

Covering-Letter:

Covering letter from applicant’s name, designation, number of passport, intention and who will be responsible for the full cost of travel – flight, lodging, expenses etc. Appealed to – Visa Officer, Canadian Embassy, Dhaka.

Invitation Letter:

The inviting company or organization specifying the intent of the trip (meetings, conferences, training sessions or business events)

Forwarding-Letter:

• Compliance letter / NOC by the business authority of the applicant to the company’s letterhead indicating the name, appointment, passport number, intention and time of the visit of the applicant.
• Visa application letter or student card/proof of school registration (if student) Visa application letter

Evidence of employment:

• Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.
• Government Order (GO)
• Note Verbal

Financials:

• Company or Personal Bank Statement for the last six months clearly showing the name of the bank, bank number.
• Last six months’ payslip. (If Any) Any

Ticket itinerary by date of travel

Confirmation of hotel reservation.

VFS Bangladesh (Private ) Limited operates the Canada Visa Application Center (CVAC). CVAC is approved by sealed decision envelopes to provide administrative support services, for example; a collection of visa applications, fees and return of passports to applicants. On behalf of the Canadian Visa Office, CVAC can also help arrange interviews.
