Passport:

Original Passport with a minimum validity of 16 months after the intended departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping. Please click here if you wish to passport.

Visa Application Form:

The applicant must fill out and sign a Visa application form.

Photo Specification:

Recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face cover, white and borderless background (35 mm x 40 mm size)

Covering-Letter:

Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

University or recognized educational institution’s original letter confirming admission and the duration of the course

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

A receipt of payment is proof of payment that you made to the organization.

Academic Documents:

Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC

Financials:

Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

Health Insurance:

Evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.

Health Certificate:

HIV Free certificate valid for only 3 months (HIV blood test should be done no earlier than 3 months prior to applying for a visa).

Birth Certificate:

Police Clearance:
