• The electronic version of the properly completed visa application signed with the date.

Photo Specification:

• One recent passport-size photo (size 35 mm x 45 mm), taken in the last 6 months with a white background.

Covering Letter:

• A cover letter containing information about the applicant, passport details, travel details, and descriptions of the costs.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

• An official acceptance letter from the university or educational institution in Saudi Arabia.

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

• Proof of payment of tuition fees made to the educational institution.

Academic Documents:

• Copies of all academic certificates and transcripts.

Financial Means:

• Evidence of financial resources to cover the cost of education and living expenses in Saudi Arabia.

Health Insurance:

• Evidence of health insurance coverage for the entire duration of your stay in Saudi Arabia.

Medical Certificate:

• A medical certificate from a registered physician, including proof of vaccination as required by Saudi authorities.

Birth Certificate:

Accommodation Details:

• Documentation proving confirmed accommodation arrangements in Saudi Arabia, such as a lease agreement or university dormitory confirmation.
