Passport:

Actual Passport with a minimum validity of six months after the scheduled departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamp. If you want a passport, please click here.

Visa Application Form:

The applicant must fill out and sign a Visa application form.

Photo Specification:

Latest passport size photos with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face cover, white and borderless background (size: 35 mm x 45 mm).

Covering-Letter:

Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details and specifics on who will bear expenses.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

University or accredited educational institution’s original letter confirming admission and the length of the course.

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

A receipt of payment is proof of payment that you made to the institution.

Academic Documents: 

Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC.

Financials:

Proof of financial means for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

Health Insurance:

A evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.

Birth Certificate:
