This is a simple Spain student visa application checklist to study in Spain from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the student profile. BICAVS fully supports your visa application.
Initial passport valid for a minimum of 6 months (or, if longer, for the validity requested) and having at least 2 pages of blank visas and one copy. Please click here if you wish to have a passport.
A template for a visa application duly completed
Two frame-sized photographs must be taken during the last six months at least 35 mm x 45 mm
Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.
Letter of acceptance where you plan to study (including Approved Learning Centers, but not limited to),
A receipt of payment is proof of payment that you made to the organization.
Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC
Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.
A recognized medical center must display your medical test report.
Evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.

Applicants may submit a visa application directly to the Embassy of Spain in Dhaka by appointment if you are applying for long-term Category D. You will need to arrange your appointment by phone (+88) 02 989 1284 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and during Ramadan from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Sunday to Thursday).
Applications for short-term C category visas need to be sent to the Dhaka Visa Application Centre. BLS International in Bangladesh deals with visa issues of the Embassy of Spain. For this reason, please apply for your Schengen visa to Spain through BLS International in Bangladesh.
