Student Visa Requirement

This is a simple Sweden student visa application checklist to study in Sweden from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the student profile. BICAVS fully supports your visa application.

Passport:

A valid passport (valid for at least three months after your departure from the Schengen area) requires at least two blank pages for the purpose of a visa and should have been issued for the last ten years. If you would like a passport, please click here.

Visa Application Form:

You may apply online for this. In that scenario, you connect the documents by electronic means.

Photo Specification:

The photographs must be in color and the regular passport picture size of 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm and the time period is not longer than 6 months.

Covering-Letter:

The cover letter contains information about the applicants, passport details, travel details, and descriptions of the costs.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

Statement of admission or letter of acceptance indicating that you have been accepted to a full-time course of study.

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

The receipt of payment is proof of payment that you have made to the organization. 

Academic Documents:

Please send all your academic papers to the Embassy / VAC.

Financials Means:

Your bank’s account statement stating that you have money of your own to support yourself. The account statement you attach to the application should be dated at the time of your submission and translated into English.

Health Insurance:

Evidence of health care coverage for the entire duration of the review.

Birth Certificate:

Police Clearance:

A Schengen visa is granted for a tourist or short-stay visa for Sweden. VFS Global will receive Schengen visa applications on behalf of the Swedish Embassy at the following location:

Submission hours at the VFS.GLOBAL:
