Document Requirements

1. Passport Copy
Provide a Bangladeshi passport issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least six months from the planned departure date. Handwritten and altered passports are not accepted.

2. Image
Submit a recent passport-size photo, as per embassy specifications, taken within the last six months.

3. Visa Application Form
Complete the visa application form carefully. Incorrect information may result in visa rejection.

4. Cover Letter
Provide a personalized application letter with your name, designation, passport number, and purpose of the trip, addressed to the Visa Officer. Include the visa category in the subject line.

5. Invitation Letter
Submit an invitation letter from the invitee.

6. NOC
Provide an NOC or LOI from a Bangladeshi authority on company letterhead, including your name, designation, passport number, and visit duration.

7. Office ID
Submit a copy of your office ID card.

8. Personal Bank Statement
Provide a bank statement for the last six months with a legitimate seal and signature.

9. Personal TIN Certificate
Submit a copy of your TIN certificate.

10. Personal ITR Certificate (Last 3 years)
Submit ITR copies for the last three years from the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue.

11. Certificate of Incorporation
Scan and submit a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation.

12. Tax Documents
Scan and submit relevant tax documents.

13. Work Permit
Provide the original copy of a valid work permit or job agreement from the employer.

14. Company's Bank Statement
Submit the company’s bank statement for the last six months if the company is sponsoring the trip.

15. Company ITR
Provide the company’s ITR records for the last six months if the company is sponsoring the trip.

16. Trip Itenerary
Submit a detailed travel schedule for your journey.

17. Airline Ticket Booking
Provide documents proving the purchase of a plane ticket matching the trip duration.

18. Hotel Booking
Submit a reserved hotel booking as per your travel schedule.
